John Young's professional passion is Real Estate. John began his career in Homebuilding (1999) with Ryan Homes/NVR and spent almost 19 years serving in multiple areas of operations. In December of 2017, John joined Keller Williams Realty Dulles as the Market Center Team Leader/CEO. John enjoyed working with the agents to help them reach their full potential through his motivational coaching and mentorship. Under John's leadership, the Keller Williams Realty Dulles Market Center grew both the agent count and the market share in the primary zip code of 20165. Additionally, the Brokerage was selected in both 2019 and 2020 for the Best of Potomac Falls Awards for Real Estate Agency. Individually, John was featured in the Top 100 People in Real Estate Magazine for 2020. John made a difficult decision to leave Keller Williams in December of 2020 to become an Area Sales Manager for Lennar (National Homebuilder) and held that position through the Fall of 2024. After leaving Lennar, John joined the Christopher Companies as the Vice President of Sales in October of 2024. After a brief time at Christopher Companies, John decided that it was the perfect time to pursue his lifelong career desire and become Real Estate Agent.
